Background
Nathan grew up in Goodland, Kansas. Nathan obtained a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from Fort Hays State University in 2007, followed by a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2010. After graduating from KU Law, Nathan and his wife Crystal moved to Wichita. Nathan has worked on a wide variety of matters including defense of attorneys sued for legal malpractice; business and commercial disputes and litigation; business transactions; real estate transactions; probate practice and estate planning; wage and hour litigation; and consumer protection litigation. This broad experience allowed Nathan to realize that, for him, the most rewarding aspect of being a lawyer was being able to help those who needed help the most–specifically, people who have been wronged by their corporate employers, ruthless insurance companies, and unscrupulous businesses that leverage unequal bargaining power and superior resources to take advantage of regular people.
Nathan joined Graybill & Hazlewood, LLC in July 2016. Nathan’s practice is now focused on civil litigation, with an emphasis on representing individuals with wage and hour and other employment grievances, representing individuals in disputes over employee benefits such as disability insurance benefits, and enforcing state and federal consumer protection laws.
When not at work, Nathan spends his time with his wife Crystal, their children William and Halle, and dog Duke.
